Hello,
in my EE profile, i wrote that I have worked from january 2016 to march 2016 (i didnt check the box saying this s my current job) and i got an ITA. now in my Pr profile i wrote that i worked from january 2016 until now( I checked the box saying this is my current job). since they compare the data in my EE profile with my PR profile, it is going to be a problem?

Thank you all

Nope, not a problem, since you lowballed yourself (i.e. the correction of this information in your EE profile would not suddenly lead to a drop in your CRS, and would not make you ineligible to apply).
