Help! Did not meet 2010 lico but application transferred

Well I sent the reconsideration letter in anyways attaching all my NOAS from 2011-2016 they all meet the lico requirement way more than required let's see what happens if not I'll reapply for 2018

The reconsideration letter does not matter, I have also gone through the same ordeal where I had US income but CIC never counted, the application will be refused. Save some time and withdraw your application before 2018 selection (it takes 12 weeks~3 months for withdrawal), just take that into account.

Will they still give my money back now or. It anymore since the case has been transferred?

Hello Harman167, how is your application? Did they consider your application?
According to his post, his application is refused and he was trying to go through appeal. I don't know if he win appeal via H&C or not.

"I sponsored my parents in 2014 and last week I got a letter that my application is refused due to low income in 2010"
