Help! Details of Military Service ADR, without having served.

Hi Seniors and other members. Thanks so much in advance for your help. I'm applying under FSW-O, my AoR was Sep 9. My background check says "we are processing your background check". For context I'm a Mexican citizen living in and applying from Mexico.

Anyway, I'm in desperate need of help. I just got additional document request, however the request doesn't make any sense. They are asking for a document about "Details of military service" However I have not served the military. Actually my spouse got that same request and he has not served in the Military either. I just checked and the statutory question about Military service and we answered as Not Applicable.

I don't know what I should do in this case, will a LoE suffice or should I raise CSE. On the other hand, did I answer correctly the military question? What should be done in this cases?

Please help!

Hi Scott! How did you resolve this mather? My husband just got the same ADR. We are from Brasil! Best regards
 
In the same request letter itself they attached a table fill all fields with not applicable and attach to that an LOE explaining yourself and that should do

Is your spouse of a nationality that has conscription? I forsee I might be getting the same ADR because of that. My AOR is Aug 24 so I guess I have quite a long wait more.

What is the status of your application now? I'm in the exact situation as you with AOR 3rd july, and ADR 23rd Dec. 'Would really appreciate your response.

Hi 2018sky!
After the ADR on Dec 5, we noticed 3 ghost updates: Dec7, Jan 1 and Jan 2 and got the PPR on the Jan 3!
What were your additional document request?
 
Hi MiaVargas,
Thank you so much for your response. I got an ADR for spouse to give military details. Submitted on 24th December and got a ghost update on 31st December. But nothing since then. I guess they'll take about a month like in your case.
