Help!!!!! Dependent Children

I have been invited to apply to he NBPNP. I am filling all the requested forms and I need to know if I have to declare all my dependent children even if they are not inmigrating with me to Canada.

Yes, you have to declare your all dependent, even if they are not going with you. Even you will also have to pay Processing Fee and RPRF Fee (for each major dependent) in CIC stage.

Seniors, please suggest. My exwife took my 6 years doughter abroad to the USA from Belarus and cut off all my connections to her. I'm confused now what to do with medicals for her. Please kindly help with your advise!
