Help! CSC in PA address problem

Last week I received the request of my original passport. I have sent both needed documents and money order to CSC by using UPS. Today, the UPS told me that they couldn't deliver money order because they could not find the address:

"CSC Consular Services Inc
Lockbox 3352
PO Box 8500
Philadelphia, PA 19178-3352"

I come to their office. Staff there told me I need to provide more detailed address. Please help me! I don't want to delay my application! I am really in a hurry!

When I had to mail passport and money order, the agent at UPS clearly told me that they do not deliver to lock box. So I sent my passport to NY via UPS. For the money order, I used USPS.

Can you get the package you sent to PA back from UPS? Once you get it, just send the money order via USPS Express if you're in a rush and let the NY VAC know.
