Help! COPR document requirement for Indian Passport renewal at BLS Canada

Hi All,

I need to submit my kid's (9 yrs old) Indian passport renewal application. We are currently in Canada. The information booklet says that we need COPR document as the 'confirmation of status in Canada' document. We already have a valid PR card, so I assumed it can be shown instead of PR. But, I was wrong; they sent me back as they mandatorily need COPR document.

Now, the problem is I got my PR through Express Entry back there in 2019, and I don't have it now. I have no idea where I can get it.
I tried logging-in to my IRCC account, but it says the Account has been revoked.

Can someone please point me at correct direction? Does someone know where can I download the COPR now, does it even exist anywhere as I have already obtained my PR for last 5 years.

I think you can request for copy for $30 by following the process here, I read somewhere it takes 3-5months:

Thank you for your response. They only allows paper application and process time is around 26 weeks. I have mailed my application. Fingers crossed.
