HELP Confused about online payment of adding a newborn child to my application!!

Hi Guys

I will have to make an online payment for adding a Newborn child to my application but I dont know in which category to make a payment?

1. Family member of the principal applicant who is under 19 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 19 years of age or older who has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition

OR

2. Fee subject to a transitional provision - Family member of the principal applicant who is under 22 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 22 years of age or older who is unable to be financially self-supporting due to physical or mental condition


By the way I dont understand what is this Fee subject to a transitional provision ??

The transitional provision is specifically for people that started their application before the age of dependants dropped from 22 to 19.

As you are doing a spousal application, you would pay the normal fee and not the transitional provision.

Yes Mapleson, they received my application in June 2014, and the change got in August 2014, so I have to make the normal fee as you said.
