Help! CIC Passport quested!

My wife received an email from CIC requesting her to send her original passport to Beijing VAC.
In the package must include
Print out of the email
Original passport
2 passport photos
VAC fees

But my question are, how do I pay the VAC fees? And how much do I pay?

That was the link in the email. It kind of confusing. Some information fees right and at times it seems wrong. Very vague at times

Already tried calling the Beijing location. Called 10 times no answer or always busy. Anyone can help? I emailed them but need 3 businesss days

The fees are different if you are bringing the passport in person or mailing it.

If you are mailing it:

Remittance receipt (Total payment should be a sum of passport transmission service fee plus courier fee per applicant in case of no other optional services selected.)

To pay your fees, look at the fee schedule. There are bank choices on there and instructions.

For remittance receipt, is that proof of payment? If I do bank transfer how do I show them proof? A photo of my online bank transaction?
