Good to know that they managed to find it. As I said that happened to me too and I'm genuinely happy for you.
As far as I know you were on implied status, but because you're married to a Canadian PR or Citizen you wouldn't have to leave Canada, you'd be fine staying within the country until your sponsorship application is finalized.
What they admited was just that someone recieved it, but the actually the application is no-where to be found. (for the moment). So.... basically it can still be found or not. They have 10 days to find it and let us know.

And i had no idea about being able to stay just because i'm married to a citizen. I thought that if the WP was denied i had to leave anyway... thing is i want to be able to work... so is a difficult situation.

Thanks again for the feedback

I have another question regarding what would happen if they find it also decide it's denied. As I was on statut implicit i know i need to leave the country. But how many days do i have?
As the app was recieved despite not yet being processed, your Implied Status should remain valid.

The OWP is issued based only on having submitted an inland app, so it will not be refused.

Being married to a Canadian citizen/PR doesn't in any way allow a person to stay in Canada.

Thanks for your reply :)
yeah, i understood well about the implied status. that's great.

about OWP yeah we did it inland. one question thought: by "will not be refused" you mean it will not be refused to be processed or that it will be approved (meaning that i will be able to work)

and yeah me too i think i'm not allowed to stay here just because of being married to a citizen.

do you work in immigration canada? or you are someone that applied for a visa and has general knowledge?
thanks again!
