Hi All,
Just started filling in my EE profile intending to apply via CEC and got confused while answering the following questions:
Background information: I am currently living and working in Canada on a valid work permit and have been doing full time for almost 4 years on NOC 2171. My first work permit (2 years) is approved based on LMO application, then the subsequent extension is approved through ICT (current WP - 2 years) for the same employer and NOC code.
Does <X> have a job offer in Canada? <<What should be my answer to this question "YES" or "NO">>
The offer must:
be for full-time, non-seasonal and permanent work
meet different requirements depending on type of job (i.e. some need apprenticeships and certification)
Information about the job offer
Is this job offer for full-time non-seasonal and permanent work? <<What should be my answer to this question "YES" or "NO">>
Is this job offer for full-time continuous work and at least one year? <<I guess, this should be YES. correct me if I am wrong>>
Thanks in advance.
Karty
