Hi All,

Just started filling in my EE profile intending to apply via CEC and got confused while answering the following questions:

Background information: I am currently living and working in Canada on a valid work permit and have been doing full time for almost 4 years on NOC 2171. My first work permit (2 years) is approved based on LMO application, then the subsequent extension is approved through ICT (current WP - 2 years) for the same employer and NOC code.

Does <X> have a job offer in Canada? <<What should be my answer to this question "YES" or "NO">>
The offer must:
be for full-time, non-seasonal and permanent work
meet different requirements depending on type of job (i.e. some need apprenticeships and certification)

Information about the job offer
Is this job offer for full-time non-seasonal and permanent work? <<What should be my answer to this question "YES" or "NO">>

Is this job offer for full-time continuous work and at least one year? <<I guess, this should be YES. correct me if I am wrong>>

Thanks in advance.

Answer Yes to the 1st question only if you have an LMIA supported job offer - the one which gets you 600 additional points under EE. If not, answer No to that question and the rest of the questions become irrelevant.

Agreed. The answer to the first question is no in this case since the work permit is based on an ICT and not LMIA.
