Hello

I have one year experience in SSW (Social Service Worker), NOC 4212 which is NOC B. I have a job offer from my employer but it is not full time permanent. However my job offer does not indicate any termination date of my employment. i currently have PSGWP and my employer is exempt for having LMIA to offer me a job. I did a CRS score and i had 475 score if i include the job offer. so my question is will i get points if i include my job offer which does not indicate that my job is full time. Also i am working Part time here but my hours of work are more that 30 per week. Sorry if it is confusing to understand what i am trying to say, i am working nights Right now :)

A valid job offer has to be full-time (at least 30 hours a week) and supported by an LMIA (simply having a PGWP does not exempt you from the LMIA requirement).

Okay.
Then how can it be exempt for having lmia?
So does my job offer have to state that it’s full time?

If i cant put my job offer then i will have to get a certificate of qualification. I am a social service worker. If i get as a registered social services worker I’ll get the certificate. Giving me additional 50 points.( i think that’s how it works?)

475 points are enough for CEC, but you cannot claim 50 points unless you have a full-time job offer supported by an LMIA. With a PGWP you do not need an LMIA to get a job now, but for Express Entry you need an LMIA to claim the 50 points.

Certifications of qualification are only for skilled trades, so you can't just get one of those.

You need an approved LMIA to claim the 50 job offer points while on a PGWP.

The only way you could get the 50 job offer points without an LMIA is if you were on an LMIA-exempt closed work permit like an ICT.
