Help Calling to the Philippines

Hello all,

I just arrived in Toronto, im from the Philippines. How much are call cards to the Philippines? I recently settled so I can't afford postpaid plans yet.

Try Skype, buy credits and use that to call Philippine landlines ($16.1/min) or cellphones ($20.2/min).

In my experience, Skype has a lot better call quality than those call cards.

Calls to Philippines cost about $0.11 (11 cents) for both Land line and Mobile
You can use WiFi for calling (or consume local minutes)

I also don't have internet set up yet :'( but I was able to use Skype and it works nicely. However, I was hoping for mobile calls to the Philippines. what are good but cheap calling cards?

Use dialr service. http://dialr.net
You can use mobile apps if ur on wifi or 3g. if you dont have internet,
There is an access number dialing option with which you can call without internet connection to land line or mobile in philippines
