Hi all,

I applied for PR under CEC - Feb 1, 2019 and had my AOR same day. My open-work permit is expiring in May 2019. I was wondering when is it the best time to apply for BOWP? should I wait for a month or two before applying? because some ppl that I knew applied for PR and got approved after 1 or 2 months. Should I wait until like end of March or April before applying or should I apply now? Also, if anyone can go through the online application for BOWP that would be helpful.

One more query in the BOWP, can we apply for BOWP if its a closed WP under CEC and have claimed the additional points of existing job offer for those PR awaited with AOR in place. Will it be allowed still assuming we get one more new job offer with the current status. Please advise. Thanks
