Hi,

Finally my BCPNP was approved.

Now I have a couple of questions, I do not really know how to solve. I was reading the forum but did not find anyone with the same case.

CIC invited me to apply February 10, and i accepted the invitation, I filled the first part of the application to know the supporting documents needed and now I have 51 days left to submit.

firstly, my English test result was Printed March 24, 2015.
- are The results valid for one year or two? in some pages say one year and two years in others.

When I completed my EE profile April 2015 I did not fill properly the work history. I mean ...

From 1997 to 2004 I worked in 3 different hair salons, but as I did not know the exact dates I started/finished work of each of the three hair salons, in the application I only indicated that I worked from 1997 to 2004 in one. Now the CIC is request me a Reference letter from this employer. this Was my mistake and now I do not know how to solve this. Anyway, the hair salon/employer I indicated in my application changed ownership one year ago aswel.

From 2004-2006 I worked for different companies through sub-contracting. During this time I worked with 10 companies but through them. My payroll and contracts came to the name of the sub-contractor, but in payrolls was detailed the name of the company for which the sub-contractor hired me. In my profile I indicated I worked only for one of this companies and for period 2004-2006, when it's not entirely true.

The list of companies where I worked is huge, so I incuded all the employers in only one.

What can i do now as I can not get all the reference letters from 1997 to 2006?

If I decline the invitation to apply will i be able to modify my EE profile to include all the employers I did not include at first?

If I can do this, will my BCPNP nomination still be valid even when the work history in BCPNP and EE profile are different?
Could I still use the 600 points i have for my BCPNP?

Thank you for your time.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1. 2 years.

2. This experience is irrelevant to your application for 2 reasons - it was more than 10 years ago AND you have 600 additional points due to your PN. Remove this from Work history section of your application, you won't be asked for documentation.

3. All that work experience (1997 - 2006) is irrelevant to your PR application. Include that in Personal history (no documentation will be required) and remove it from Work history section. This is not misrepresentation as you aren't deliberately concealing relevant and/or potentially incriminating information.

4. No reason to decline the ITA. Make these edits in the post ITA application and continue with submission.

5. Your BCPNP nomination will still be valid.

All the best!

You will get points for the years of experience you can prove via ref letter, if you do not provide the reference letter for some of your experience that will not be counted

What can i do now as I can not get all the reference letters from 1997 to 2006?

If I decline the invitation to apply will i be able to modify my EE profile to include all the employers I did not include at first? - yes you will be able to update that but If you include all the employers will you be able to provide the reference letters ?? if not then what the point in showing them ?? in document check list CIC will ask you to upload those many reference letters , so add those companies for which you have the reference letters

If I can do this, will my BCPNP nomination still be valid even when the work history in BCPNP and EE profile are different?
Could I still use the 600 points i have for my BCPNP?

Thank you for your time.

Two of the companies where I worked in Canada are completely closed. I have payrolls and t4 but I can not get the reference letter. Do I have to find some kind of document proving that these two companies are closed and attach it with the t4?

Thank you

Required only if you're claiming any points for that work experience. Else, need not be a part of Work history in your PR application.

Sweet thanks!

Sorry but I do not understand "claim any points for that work experience". I though the meaning of asking for all this reference letters is just to show proof I did not lie on my application.

Where I could read about it? because i cant find anything about this process on the CIC website.

Thanks

Work story: Experience you're claiming points for.

When you fill your EE profile WS you get points.
In your application after ITA you have to provide Reference letters to support claiming experience.

You can fix wrong WS in your application (I did it), you can remove experience with not Reference letter or mistakenly filled. You'll loose some points, but having 600 points from PNP doesn't matter.

It's critical your application be perfectly and accurately filled, so fix any WS issue, having enough points don't hesitate to remove wrong/unsupported works.

Personal story: your 10 years story, include accurately all your work/studies/travels. You DON'T need documents to prove it.

Any issue or specific question you want to clarify add it to the Letter of explanation.

All clear now, thanks so much!

About the letters I need:

Offer of Employment:
Could I upload the one that has given to me to apply for the PNP? It was issued on July 17, I submitted the PNP application on August 29 and it was approved on February 8. I got a provisional work permit issued by the BC PNP but I am not planning move back to Canada until my PR is approved (if it is approved). (The offer letter does not indicate the NOC (6341), but it does for the name of position (advance hairstylist).

Letter of Employment: ¿?
A letter verifying I worked for them from ... to ... but also indicated I will be working for them once I secure another work permit?
