We are applying for visa extension .
For the common law section do we say we have been common law since his arrival May 29th 2019 ?
We were also together 9 months consecutively last year..
Or does he say single as we haven't yet been together 12 months then reason for staying say we are seeking common law status?
Please chime in

You are only common law once you have lived together continuously for one full year.

So current status is single?
And reason for staying is to establish common law?
Anything else we need to know while applying for this extension :)
