Help!!! Application cancelled due to documents incomplete

Hi there,

I just have seen my application cancelled because my spouse police certificate was not enough and CIC was asking for a Court document to. (Mistake that I did not get both of them)

Can anyone that has been in the same situation advise me on:

If I reapply do I have to renew all certificates (bank, police...etc) up to date? (I applied the 6th April)
Will the processing fees be returned?
If I reapply and I indicate that I already had a past EE and UCI, would I find any previous information on my New application?

Please answer only people that have already been in the situation of Reapplying.

Yes you can submit a new profile and wait for a new turn
Yes you can use all your current documents if they are valid. Get updated POF to avoid any ADR down the road
Yes the cancelled application fees will be fully refunded

What would be my chances If I send a CSE and the required document? Within 10 days is my birthday and I lose 5 important points dropping from 454 to 449.
Thank you for any advise as I am not in one of the best situations...

Can you clarify what document you were missing? You say the PCC was not enough but what Court document are you referring to?
Your CSE will only be considered if you can prove that IRCC made an error in reviewing the documents you submitted with your e-APR. Right up to the 'completeness check', it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all required documents were submitted in accordance with the checklist in your account. If not, IRCC will uphold their decision.

This mistake came because my neglect as I didn't check carefully...By the other hand I a sent a supplementary PCC from my country for her in addition to PCC of originary country.
Anyways I feel I have to submit right away another application

Agreed. If your application was incomplete, then you have to start from scratch.

They say my application will be active for 60 days since I got the rejection. Do I have to wait all this time before submitting a new profile? Or I can submit it immediately?

Yeah, you will need to submit a brand new entry to the EE Pool and wait for an ITA. This isn't IRCC's mistake so they won't reopen your case.

Even why I will give a try with CSE. If they re-open and I get ITA with the new profile to, what should I do? Do I have to withdraw the first or the second?

Did they say your profile will remain active for 60 days? In that case you don't need a new entry in the pool, just wait for an ITA on your current profile.

This is exactly what they say. I admit I am a bit confused now as I am rushing in order to get a chance to get ITA next draw (if draw in May)

Since your application is rejected, you are no longer a candidate for Express Entry and your Express Entry profile number is no longer valid.
If you registered for the Government of Canada’s Job Bank, you should deactivate or remove your Job Seeker profile from the Job Bank website. You should also remove any references that you are a candidate for Express Entry from any private job board websites, if you used any.
New Express Entry profile

If you still want to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you must submit a new Express Entry profile through your MyCIC account. If you choose to submit a new Express Entry profile, you must make sure your documents are valid on:
- the date you submit your new Express Entry profile,
- the date you submit your application for permanent residence, if you are invited to apply.
Documents where validity is important are:
- Upfront medical report: Valid for 12 months from the date of the medical assessment.
- Education Credential Assessment: Must be no more than five years old and issued on or after the date of designation.
- Language test results: Must be no more than two years old.
- Offer of arranged employment (includes Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and letter of employment offer): LMIAs are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Your letter of employment must demonstrate you have a current offer of employment.

The information you submitted as part of your original Express Entry profile will remain in your MyCIC account for 60 calendar days from the date of this letter. This information can be used to submit a new Express Entry profile.
If you submit a new Express Entry profile, you will get a new profile number. You will also get directions on how to register for Job Bank with this new number.

Ah, they are telling you to submit a new EE profile. All they are telling you is that you won't need to refill all the fields if you do it within 60 days.

So log back into your account and rejoin the pool.

Reading through lines of CIC I just realized that if I re-apply the Court Certificate will not be needed anymore as 6 months have passed since my spouse left her country.. LOL ..Isn't this funny??? I really hope that f I send CSE they may understand this kind of situation.
