Help! Appendix A

Hi!
I have a question..
My husband is now going to send his passport for visa issuance however theres a need to fill up APPENDIX A..theres a slot for the applicants name and on the other side is the Spouse..Who is the applicant? Is it me because i am the sponsor? Or is it my husband now?

The applicant is the sponsored person. If you are the sponsor, then the applicant is your husband.

Yes, if you are the spouse, you put your name there. You can write in brackets "sponsor", as a note.

hi..can i ask ?did you send already the appendix A to the CEM?did your husband receive now his visa?because im in the same status and im wondering how many days did the visa will release.
