Help! Almost 2 weeks waiting..

Almost 2 weeks waiting after i received a email from the embassy that they already my documents last 14/09/12, until now no documents, i sent email to them and asking for the tracking number, no response at all. What should i do?

Please help! im very worried because its important documents including my passport.

That documents is the result of my application as far as i understand their last email.. They said

In reply, the work permit/visa documents were mailed international signed for on 14/09/12.

Did you used POSTEN as your mailing carrier or? Then try contacting the nearest post office and they might track where is your mail. I assumed you noted/saved the tracking number of the mailing/self address envelope/sticker that you have included when you first submit your application. Good luck!
