2-After she come to canada when will she get full time working visa and for how much duration?
3-what will happen when my study visa are over after 18 months, whether she can remain with me in canada or she will have to return back??
If she hav to go back then what are d options so that she can stay back in canada??
4-While filling for my PR,will my status get effected if my wife stays with me in canada during PSWP??If yes then wat r reasons?Huh
5-she has done Masters In Bio-Chemistry, if she gets a full time job offer letter from employer while her stay in Canada(during my SWP) can she apply for the PR,before mine application,if she has completed her 1 year full time job?

Confused a lot, request from all of you please guide point wise? :(

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1. Your wife should apply for an OWP (open work permit) and a TRV for your child.

2. If she gets the OWP, it will be valid as long as your study permit is valid (until July 2014).

3. If you get the PGWP, she can continue on an OWP until your PGWP expires. Alternatively, she could get a normal (closed) work permit if her employer is willing to do the process.

4. Your wife staying in Canada should have a positive effect on your PR application.

5. Yes.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
TRV - Temporary Resident Visa

From: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who.asp

"If you are the holder of a Post-Graduation Work Permit, which is a type of open work permit, your spouse will need to attach a copy of your work permit to his or her application for an open work permit. Your spouse will also need to provide information about your employment by attaching supporting documents, including the following:
A letter from your current employer confirming employment or a copy of your employment offer or contract; AND
A copy of one of your pay slips."

So I think she doesn't need full time job offer letter to stay with you during PGWP, but hopefully someone with more experience can confirm this.

I just in forum today that once you have PGWP in hand then the spouse should apply for open work permit. Because the application is sent together then the spouse gets refusal.
Let me look into the forum and paste the link.

You can even call her now. Just at the time of PGWP there are some regulations. To knowbest I would suggesr yoy to call CIC help desk. It's easier to call locally and get to know the latest rules and regulations.

The main part is to prove ties towards her country of residing.
Lets hear from seniors too. But go through the link I sent you.
