Help: After receiving CSE reply 1+ month later, what does it mean?

Hi, I sent out a CSE on April 10 and got a reply yesterday. Please look through the reply below. I got a couple of questions.

1) From the website, I check my visa office to be Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. How do I know its email address?
2) Does it mean to encourage us to contact IRCC via visa office rather than CSE channel?

did you choose the right category? I see people getting the documents updated in 2-10 business days.

-when you send an e-mail, the address has to be typed by hand (not copy paste) or else your mail cant be delivered.

They meant you contact them again through CSE if you have another specific enquiry. This is normal time for a CSE reception, now your documents are received. They dont respond to e-mails usually (at least not to mine)..

Yup, it was not an urgent document and just for extra information, so it is probably why it took longer time. Cheers
