Help/ Advice. Typo on Sponsorship Spouse App (Outland)

Question for all, I have recently gone through my application (organized it), I had double, tripled and quadrupled checked it checked it for errors. I was looking over it and realized I had an error that I did not catch before sending it. Form is IMM5540E and the dates are off, nothing major but 2 mistakes. Can anyone who has dealt with CIC tell me know if this is a problem? Could this cause a delay in the procedure, be seen as a red flag? What should I do, wait for them to contact me or contact CIC and let them know?

Mistake 1 - IMM5490 QUESTION 12. The month and date are good, the year is what i messed up on i put 1998 instead of 2015.
Question 9 on this form has the right date and year written down.

Mistake 2- Sponsor Questionnaire . The date that I resided with my wife.

I had provided all of my travel documents ect for the time of residence with my wife..
I was under alot of stress and thought I caught every possible mistake. And now Im beating myself up for not catching those two mistakes

My IMM5490 question 12 asks where the proposal took place, and 5440 (you wrote in the first paragraph) question 12 asks about who you live with. I don't see any dates there? Do you perhaps mean Question 13 "When and Where did proposal take place?".

What is the issue with the date you resided with your wife?

If it were me, I would wait for AOR then send a case-specific enquiry with the fixed form and an explanation, and also send them the actual copy with your UCI and application number clearly written on the form with the same explanation.

Don't feel too bad, when we went over ours, we found mistakes every time. I put the wrong year for our marriage on one of them!

And the date put on the form was also wrong, the month and day were wrong.

I had talked to my friend who also had sent in her outland 1 year ago the same day that I did, and she said that it may be looked over and seen as a mistake. Im going to take every step in insuring i correct that mistake. Thank you for the advice. When in need of help theirs always a fellow British Colombian to help.

Yes, they will likely see it as a mistake or not even notice, the worst-case scenario they would ask you to resubmit the forms, but this could cause a delay so I don't see any harm in sending an updated form with your explanation for the errors. Good luck
