HELP! Additonal documents required

I have received a request letter regarding my additional documents which is police certificate. Can anyone here help me how to send them immediately? I have my NBI now and I need to send them right away.

Any new documentation that is requested after submission of the application is to be sent through webform.

I uploaded it already through the portal for requested documents. But for documents you wish to submit which they have not requested, you may submit it webform.

You should upload it via your application portal. There should be a placeholder opened for you on your application checklist

If the documents requested is of the checklist, you'll have to upload it through portal. And documents that you wish to upload goes through web form.

Usually when IRCC sends you an ADR (whether or not it was not your checklist), they will open a slot on your application portal for you to upload the requested documents and there will be a deadline for your to do so.
If there are additional docs you want to send by yourself without being requested, you use the webform.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. Ive got one more question. They have requested for my police certificate. Does it mean I have a chance for approval?

Yes, I would say you have a VERY good chance. Exact same thing happened to me and a lots of people I found on this forum while I was also in your shoes .

I didn't have the PCC on hand. I had to apply for it and it too 4 weeks to get. Once I uploaded it, I got my PPR in 3 days.

I see. When did they upload it from the time you sent them? I just sent mine today.

I uploaded my PCC on the 11th and I got my PPR in my account on the 14th of April..

Hello wonderbly. One more question please. You mention you got your PPR 3 days after uploading PCC. Did you also receive BVL?
