Hi,

I had applied last june to CIO and file was transefred to Delhi in sept 09. In jan 10 i got a rejection after i sent full documents in Dec 09 because they said that the insitution i worked for was not registered. So i sent them proof within 30 days . an today i got my fees returned from CIO but not my delhi?

how do i contact them to get my fees back as they had not strted processing my file yet at all.

I thouhgt the fees to the CIO were gone but i guess not since they returned them

please help senior members

who do i contact in delhi to get my fees and documents returned since they rejected my application. I only got the fees returned from CIO

Write a letter to CHC Immigration section, ND, mention full name, app no., DOB and request for early return of orginal documents.
 
thank you. they should be returning my fees since they never put the file in process right?
 
In your rejection letter do they mention anything about refund?

No, they processed the application and they refused it. Therefor no refund
 
manjit, that's a valid question. I think if they returned the CIO fees, then they would return the ND fees too. I presume you sent in the processing fees + RPRF to ND. You will definitely get back the RPRF, that's for sure. Again, does your rejection letter mention any refund?
