Before anything please dont send me a link to the candadian immigration site, i have read everything on there more than once and it is still confusing and i just find it more helpful on here.

1. Do i send the sponser ship/ PR application in the same envepole at the same time with all the money?
do i include the medical/FBI cleanrce needed for my spouce with it or do that later?
2.Do i need to make a finacial requirment?

3. is there any office that does it faster than others or do i just send it the same place every one else does?

4. how long would it take for things to go through with her in the states applying outland.?
5 will we get reject for anyreason? we dont have criminal back ground or anything like that.

6, any pointers that will make this easier or things to send in with it or filling out the forms?

I can help you with a few of those questions, but not all:

1. you send the sponsorship/perm residence forms all together. you make the payment online and send the receipt (this, is what i believe)

medicals and police checks should all be done before you send the application. if you don't send everything together and wait till later it will only slow down the application process

2. if you are sponsoring your spouse/partner you do not have to have a specific income. i am unemployed and still going to sponsor my boyfriend

3. outland is always faster. we are doing ours through Sydney Australia and believe the wait is around 7 months. i haven heard people say buffalo is quick quick for American's applying through there.

4. you can join the buffalo group on here, they will help you.

5. a pretty broad question. as long as your relationship is genuine and they don't see it as a union of convenience and you are not on welfare or bankrupt.(and there are other requirements)... you need to read the application packs cover to cover they really help. the more evidence you provide the better...

6. be honest, provide lots of proof, leases, letters from relatives, pictures, joint bank account info, emails, boarding passes etc

hope that helps! this forum is great, so read all they different topics, they really help.

good luck!

yeah, you go for the medical, the DR gives you a form, you send that in with your application and the doctor sends the results to the right people (CIC, i guess)

FBI check, i don't know if it's any different because it's america, but we had to get Australian and UK police checks and they get sent with the whole application also.

you might want to double check about the FBI thing(in the buffalo forum), but i can't see why you wouldn't send it with everything else.

If you read the document checklist, it will tell you everything you need to send with the application.
The sponsor application
The application for permanent residence
Region specific forms
All relevant documents, photos, proof of relationship
Police checks
Medical etc
Everything is listed. Once you have them, tick them off and include the checklist in the package.
