Help~2 months now..still not receive PR cards!!

Hi all,

My family landed on Oct 2, 2010 in Vancouver Airport, now it is totally over 30 days but only me received PR card 2 weeks ago.
My parents and my brother still not receive theirs.
I called CIC office but they refused me to speak behalf of them, how should I help them to check the status, since my parents can't speak English...
:( :( :(
Any advice or suggestions?

My brother was told that his PRC had mailed 3 weeks ago, but unfortunately he didn't receive it. Are there any opportunity that PRC will lost?

I do not know anything about PR as I will land on Canada no sooner than 2012 but I want to help you, so take what I say lightly and by no means as an definitive response (other more experienced Canadian members or people who already hold PR cards will help you, you just have to wait)

By reading this forum I read on two separate topics that PR cards are mailed separately and that the cards may all arrive on different dates.

What I would do is check where the immigration agency or office is located and make an appointment, then I would show up with the whole family (so they see they cant speak English) and then handle the entire thing personally. As it sounds you will not solve this by phone (not your fault mind you)
