Hi all, I started my full-time employment on Jan 27,2016, and accepted invitation to apply on Jan 25, 2017 (exactly 365 days from the start of employment). I submitted the application to CIC on Feb 17, 2017. Now i think about it, is there possibility that I could be rejected because I did not wait till after Jan 27, 2017 (calendar one year)? Thank you for the help in advance!!

You are short by only 2 days for a calendar year, I don't think it should be a problem as long as you have submitted all the required documents.torontonian123 said:

You can argue, but the fact is that 1 year is the minimum requirement. IRCC does not legally have to cut you any slack. In some cases they do, I think it probably has a lot to do with the totality of your application. If you suceed, consider yourself lucky.
