My problem is about VISA, i am asking that our Visa was sent last feb.16 in canadian embassy manila and may wife was PR last april 15. and im asking we dont have any news regarding our visa when it return to us because almost 1 and half months that we are waiting for our visa.I hope this canada immigration forum will help us to discuss this matter.thank you.

What kind of visa did you apply for?
If you applied in February 2015, then you should have received stage 1 approval and the file would have been sent to Manila. The processing time for Manila is somewhere between 8 and 12 months, I think (check the Manila threads).

As said above manila is taking almost a year.
Also they request passport at the beginning of stage 2.

If your wife got her PR in April of this year, what did you submit in February? It couldn't have been a sponsorship application, since she wasn't a PR yet. And if she became a PR in April, why were you not included in her PR application?

helo sir me naman i put my application number because of sa pagmamadali in didnt put the application number of my lc1 in envelop thats whyi in a limbo situation but my ecas is decision made but my lc1 is landed march 2015 .april 2,2015 is the initial entry my paasport validity 2016 so laking sisi ko ngayon dahil sa pagmamadali eto maghihintay ulit ng ewan kung ilang months agiain i put already the documents including letter hindi pala valid yun sa enveloped na ilagay hay my god helps us thank you

alam sis tagal pa ang validity passport ko 2018 pa pro my wife keep on asking when my passport return with visa I said to her that she will help me to follow up my visa.as what you said i did that also as i put a document which is not required for processing visa as my wife told me to insert that thing so thats it takes so long thanks for your messages and advice.
