thank for reading this , am skill worker in bc i been working for 14 month plus ,do i have to apply for pnp or what i have to do to get PR , i did pass the test it was 90 plus point , please advice , thank you very much .

If you have arranged employment you can apply through either BC PNP or Federal skilled worker. The choice is yours.
But more details are required for a proper advice.

In your case you can apply through any of the options Arranged employment option at Fedral Level & Province level and also through FSW for in demand occupations.
But Arranged employment shall be better as you will not have to submit proof of funds,
Best thing for you would be to get a hrsdc approval first, cos even if you have employment letter it should be approved(this takes around 5 to 6( or more) months. Once you get this approval you can file for PR.
Provincial shall be faster perhaps(not sure though), but be prepared to stay in BC for 3 to 4 years.
