hi all,
i need to know how long does it take to inform you that your application has been received from Mississauga and how?

Mississauga does not send confirmations to let you know the application has been received. The first time you will hear from Mississauga is once they have completed their processing and the sponsor has been approved or denied.

that didnot happend with me i got email from them when they received the application and one when its aproved

well they send me email in 22 sep it sayes they received it then another one in 28 nov it sayes they approved me and then another one in 14 dec it sayes processing start from Ottawa

Your file is being handled through the Ottawa pilot project. So the communications you are receiving are not standard. The standard process for Mississauga is that no communication is sent to confirm the file has been received.

Actually Scylla, a few people have been receiving notification of their files being received by Mississauga lately....I think thy are getting tired of people calling to find out if their file is "really" there....checkout the November 2011 thread..

Wow! Never thought I'd hear that! Guess they've finally decided to come out of the communication dark age. That's great news!
