I am a mechanical engineer with 9 years experience. I have searched relentlessly to get a job in Canada but all the jobs i have come across are for those already in Canada. How do i get Canadian jobs from outside Canada to help me immigrate?

Nobody can help you here to get a job. Get yourself a decent resume and cover letter and apply! Try pilot programs and look for the designated and participating employers. For an applicant out of Canada it’s really hard to get a job offer but still possible.

You should focus on getting a successful application through one of the immigration programs given it will be virtually impossible to get any job offer from outside of Canada so time will be better spent qualifying for immigration. WIth COVID of course competition for jobs within Canada will increase so making even more unlikely for anyone not in Canada to find any job offer.
