My wife have a very decent job that can support her and the kids while am away
So what is your plan B should your wife lose her job ?

Also unless I missed what course are you applying for why is it necessary to come to Canada for a course ?

Your finances don't show that you intend on leaving Canada at the end of your stay. Based on your finances, you are more incentivized to stay in Canada, therefore your permit was denied. Since your intended course of study would not translate to better opportunities in your country, there is no necessity to spend that much to study in Canada, weighing the cost vs value you will receive.

It’s not about whether she has a good job or not, the finances you submitted at the time was inadequate and that’s what they’d base on as your liquid cash readily available to you. Anyone can lose a job or anything can happen for the available balance to be used. They need prove of a backup incase things go hey way whiles in Canada hence the reason for your rejection

I received my ATIP request yesterday and i was very surprised that my company recent promotion letter, study permit approval letter and employment, certification letter salary account statement was not review by the VO. however the VO stated i didn't submit them at all. The final reason for refusal is that the applicant does not appear to be fully well Establishment that the proposed study will be a reasonable expense according to the current and the future his employment ties Kindly advice me. what should i do?
