Regardless of paying the tuition you still need to show money to pay remaining fees , your living expenses and travel cost plus accommodation. The reason you’re lacking is cause you need to show regular cash flow for past 4-6 months. If I were a VO what will run in my mind is how will he pay remaining tuition fees. Your incomplete building or land is not liquid and only shows your ties. You need to show ready cash. Hence if maybe your wife had a bank statement of say 15,000 cad then it will make sense that you can pay remaining fees and living expenses. Also, It would have been best if you had not paid fees, but shown the amount of 25,000 cad in your bank account under your name than pay and have less money to show

Now for your employment issue, a letter from company stating you will fill a more senior role in the company after Canadian studies would have been best, plus in your LOE show them other employment opportunities back home available for people with your program in Canada relate it to your current employment and skills

Thanks for your response, There is a cash flow for 4 months in my salary, savings and wife account. She sworn an affidavit to pay my remains tuition and also $2000 for my personal expenses while my savings and salary account shows enough balance to cover my durations. Also my company stated to pay me 25% of my total net as my maintenance expenditure during my study. A letter from the company stating that I will be promoted to a managerial letter and possibly be the head of the account and finance of the organization if the needs arise was also issued. What should I do now to tackle the refusal in my subsequent application? Pleas help

As at the time your wife swore the affidavit, what was her balance; do you have any kids?

You’re not getting it. The remaining amount is what your wife and kids will rely on as per your situation regardless of they accompanying you or not
