Hi tiger 007 bro .i got rejected in spp study visa for may 2013 intake for health and fitness promotions diploma .Should i refund my tuition and gic or how can i defer or delay for september intake .plz comment bro because i never felt this low in my life infact when i faced my first broke up , i was little high on the emotional side.plz guide brother from another mother.

You have 3 options:

1. Keep admission in same course (get new offer letter for Sept. from the college) and again re-apply under GENERIC category for Sept. intake. Prepare a stronger short 1-1.5 pages SOP, saying why and how this course is related to your past education and work ex and why it will be beneficial. You should cancel GIC., as under GENERIC category GIC is not required, and you will need to show a bank loan equivalent to 1st year tuition fees +10,000$.

2. Cancel admission to this course(health and fitness promotions diploma) and choose some other good course relevant to your background. And then apply for visa - Sept. intake, under GENERIC category.


3. If you qualify for university admission, then take admission to some relevant course in a good university and apply for visa- Sept. intake under University category.

To suggest anything more like relevant course etc., you should share your detailed profile.

yes you can show GIC as I applied with GIC under general..... and got the visa..... you just require a financial statement certified with C.A. stating your parents net worth

with GIC + 1 st year fee paid, ITR + sponsors ITR+ my property valuation......

earlier in jan2013 spp(sheridan)[Computer software engineering] and now in may2013 generic(seneca)[Computer networking support]
they always give reason:your purposed studies.....................etc.
and this time they have added a new reason purpose of visit.
Can I transfer my fee to a new course[mechanical engineering] in same college(seneca) for sep2013 intake.and what will be my chances of getting a visa.my details are:

12th std 54.90%(Punjab board)(DAV Collegiate sr.sec,Jalandhar)
IELTS 6.5 bands(L-8.5 R-6.0 W-5.5 S-5.5)

bro minimum requirement hi 50% hai main bahut lokan nu jandan jenade 55% te lage ne.te eh meri mehnat di %age hai.main kise sarkari school ton book kholke nahi pass hoea.

No one is doubting that... you may have passed your 12th exam honestly , BUT... low percentage is low percentage.

Marks of the last major degree (in your case 12th), relevant course selection, good IELTS score, proper finance and overall consistent profile is what V.Os are usually looking for.

Your low percentage in 12th seems to be the only problem. Even though 50% is the minimum requirement, each case differs. Some get visa with 55% and some don't even with 65%. So nothing is sure. In your case..you have taken a sharp dive in performance.. from distinction in 10th to a second class in 12th... this shows (in the eyes of V.O) degradation and no consistency. If this was other way round (second class in 10th and distinction in 12th..then it wd have clearly shown progress). Although, this is just an assumption... and unless you see the CIAPS notes..you will never know the exact reason.

Try to improve the IELTS score and write a very good SOP. Best will be to take admission in a B.E(4 years degree) COURSE IN some public UNIVERSITY, AND THEN APPLY FOR VISA ON IT (provided you can get admission in B.E). Your chances will be much higher, once you go there..change over to diploma.

Thanks tiger for your help but I have got 55% in non-medical,which is different from 55% of arts or commerce.I will try to get admission in university but it costs high for me.lets see what CAIPS says,I am going to order it.I am 100% sure my 12th % is not a problem.
