I have reviewed it. I see you are interested in management more than Business. You could have selected Project Management Certificate OR MSc Management. That would have been more generalized than International Business Management. Also your statement shows that you are not in any way satisfied with your previous field of study and you are trying to change the field which is also not a good thing to mention.
I'd say that, you change your SOP, and make it better, tell them you are happy with Engineering, but you are trying to do MSc Management OR Project Management which will help you score Managerial Position in your industry. As qualifying Management Certificate/Master will help you complete your career goals etc etc..
Also, you can change your current field of study, You are from India and you have time till 1st of August to apply for visa. If you are interested in Project Management, I am also trying to pursue the same course at Humber Institute in Toronto. If you are finding it in Masters, than Queen's University, University of Ottawa, University of Waterloo, Windsor University and Univ. of Toronto are offering these Master Programs.
If you are working, try to get a letter from your employee that either mention that you are at managerial position and this certificate / course will enhance your skills OR at least mention it that if you complete this course, your current employer will offer you a position at managerial level. You have to get something out of your job too to back up your situation.
