Hi! I know how you feel, the best for you is to hire an immigrant lawyer who will do all the paper works and stand in your behalf. Get a lawyer who is a member of law society. You have a little similarity of my friend's situation and she took my advise, she hired a lawyer, they file her PR application on sept 2012 and she got her Open Work Permit last dec. I know it cost a lot of money but if you don't want not to waste your sacrifices better get one.
