I am living in Europe, in a country named Latvia. My family lives in New Brunswick, Fredericton for more than 5 years.
I have a dream to go to live in Canada... but there is a lot of laws that it is not so easy! I am a bartender/waiter... I have opened a lot of restaurants, cafe's. I did managing restaurants and catering, I did lessons for waiters and bartenders.

So the few questions is : where is the easiest place (city, region) to get job and work permit.

Generally speaking, it's extremely difficult to get a job as a foreign worker since employers have to go through a very long an expensive process to hire you. They also have to advertise the job for at least a month and prove no Canadian could be found for the job.

If you are 35 years old or under, then I would recommend you look into the Working Holiday Visa program (IEC). That would be the best/easiest way for you to be able to come to Canada temporarily and work for a year.

OK. But it is just for one year and that's it, right? What about family, my mom, brother and step father lives in NB?

Better is to study here to get experience and some papers to get a job that they need in Canada???

I was in NB in 2013. They told me that in Alberta and New England could be easier to get job that I do, there is a lot of vacancies!

Yes - the IEC is just for one year.

I don't understand your question about your family in NB. If you are over 21 years old, you are too old to be sponsored by them and the fact they live in Canada doesn't help you.

Yes - you can certainly apply to study in Canada if you have the funds. You'll need to start by being accepted by a school in Canada and will want to make sure your planned studies in Canada make sense in light of your previous education and experience. You'll need a bank balance of at least $25K to be approved for the study permit.

Alberta's economy has changed as a result of dropping oil prices and there are now far fewer job there. New England isn't in Canada.
