the criminal and BGC part and the most important part is the genuineness of your relationship because if the official have doubts your partner will be invited for an interview or they will ask you to send more evidence. Many things can happen but hopefully everything goes well. BGC can take weeks or months. Be patient and wait for your pre arrival letter
