hello guys i sponsor my wife on We received your application to sponsor on February 17, 2010.

We started processing your application on March 16, 2010.

We sent you a letter on March 16, 2010 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

and then on We started processing application on March 30, 2010. My wife sent her passport 4 weeks ago and my wife have not got her passport with visa...i would like to know how long will it take to get the passport back.

It sounds like you got a decision on the sponsorship part. Did they request your wife's passport? And what visa office are you going through?

Each embassy has their own processing timeline and, since we have no information to help us determine which office is processing your wife's application, it's impossible for us to tell you what the processing timeline might be.

i am sorry about that....my wife lives in india....and she sent her passport to ND......please help me.....or if there is any site i can check other then cic.gc.ca and i live in canada....if there is any other site that will help me plese.

it takes abt 40-45 days to get pp with visa if the case is straightforward.

India usually asks for your passport the minute the visa office gets your app,check the process times to give you an idea of when they will return it.and if you go on the search engine on the top left of this page type in ND timelines it will give you all the threads concerning that .
