My spouse she had interview one February 27 2017 after 3 days she received call from visa from visa.
The call was about they said to her we will send the documents and my spouse she asked the visa officer sir can you tell me what kind of document you will sending and he said there's some error we right on the pepper and she said to him sir can you sending to my email he said sorry we can't send by email.
He said to her you get 8 or 9 days
Now my consoron God help me and my spouse what kind of document he will send.
Can anyone tell me please what kind of document he send .

Couldn't you talk to the interviewer (phone or in person) and confirm what kind of document is required to proceed the matter? If they cannot send email, couldn't they send by regular mail?

What do you mean "we can't open"? So, did the officer say you have an error in your forms? It's not very clear what you are trying to say.

Il b honest and blunt about it.. Noone can tell u what they are sending to u. All u can do it wait and see when it arrives. I know its tough but there is nothinv that can be done. :/
