If I understand correctly:
Yesterday (Feb 27 2016), your spouse went for an interview in Islamabad. She was told that everything is ok, except there is a small error. Is that correct?

If so, did the officer tell your spouse where the error was?

You dont need to be worried, looklike there is some informational mistake at immigration, if officer told her everything is Ok then just wait for contact from immigration office.
