don't worry - the VISA office in most cases will not reply to receiving your marriage document. I would suggest ordering GMCS notes in a month and you'll see that your documents were received and documented.

GCMS - Global case management system. As noted above - ordering these notes will give you access to your file. You can see the progress and notes from the VO regarding your application. It takes approx. 30 days to receive your notes.
