hello...i am international student in Canada..my new passport is without visa stamp...i applied in CIC to get it stamped...but they send me a letter for an interview in America...thing is that i don't have American visa as well as Canadian but i have valid study permit...
now how i can appear for interview in USA without having USA visa???????
even if i how i reached USA for interview then how can i return to Canada afterwords without Canadian Visa????
pleseee suggest something..i don't have much time left..... :-( :-(

I wish, I can answer for your concern. I am not sure why you need a visa stamp in advance. when i visit to Canada and USA, I dont need a visa stamp before I arrive at border. Just show my study permit and passport. not visa stamp...

You are allowed to return to Canada on your expired TRV if you are visiting USA, provided you enter before the expiry of your study permit.

if necessary, call them again and again

is you last pp lost or expired ? if it was lost then you should be concerned but if you renewed you PP then you just need to attach your last PP with your new PP till your visa Expired ... i have been to other country for long and when my PP expired i just attached my stamped PP with my new PP ( Passport )
