I largely concur in the observations by
scylla, and in particular emphasize that your situation is not one reflected in experiences seen much in this and other forums. So, indeed, it is impossible to say what will happen let alone how it will go.
Moreover, in general, even though it has been well over a year now that Citizenship Officers have had this role (prior to August 2014 any such "hearing" would have been with a Citizenship Judge), there have been very few reports in the forums about hearings or interviews with Citizenship Officers.
I also emphatically concur in the suggestion to be fully prepared to be tested on your knowledge of Canada, individually. While, again, there are virtually no reports about how this goes with a Citizenship Officer, reports of oral testing by Citizenship Judges (before Aug 2014) indicate they are
NOT multiple choice, or at least might not be multiple choice. For many this makes the test more difficult.
Beyond that, however, best to also be prepared to discuss any and all aspects of your application, including in particular meeting the residency requirement, thus including details about where you have been living, working, other activities, travel, and so on.
No need to worry much. Just be prepared to be tested based on the knowledge of Canada booklet (available online if for some reason you cannot quickly put your hands on the copy sent to you), and to answer questions about information in your application, especially that related to the residency requirement. Read what was sent to you carefully,
and, of course, FOLLOW the INSTRUCTIONS in whatever communication was sent to you . . . thus, for example, if you are instructed to bring any documents, be sure to bring those documents.

Hi All,
I need some quick help please.
Me and my Wife received a letter " Hearing with Citizenship Officer "
what does this mean ?
what shall we prepare ?
3 months back we had a citizenship test and arrived late on that day because our one son was having fever and don't want to stay early morning with neighbors.
Both of us sit together in the test room as there were no other seats available
also
unfortunately my wife talked to me couple of times asking an eraser to erase something and
also an answer to a question either she did right or wrong.
After the test they checked our documents and told us that they can not MARK OUR TEST because you Husband and Wife sit together and talked to each other and we will contact you later.
and
now we got a letter " Hearing with Citizenship Officer "
Please help us out that what is this for, what he will check or ask ?
what shall we answer ?
and
what can be the consequences ?
Please share, if someone has experienced the same or close to this situation ?
Thank You
