It depends on what it is and the seriousness of the difference. It doesn't mean automatic refusal.
We can't be certain as it is member's final decision. But contradiction from Claimant's BOC raises integrity/credibility concern and based on balance of probability it can be yes or no

Based on your phrase "BIG Credibility Issue" then that will probably be negative outcome
Hope for the best. Three reasons for rejection are:
Credibility,
Availability of IFA and
State Protection
Ability of the State or Country to protect you from persecution. Lets say, you fear violence from certain group/ member and your government offer you protection.
I think I could prove it that and prove no IFA the only issues credibility in two times and I didn't know about member racist rate belong to me
It's hard to comment without knowing the details.
However if your lawyer says it's a big credibility issue, then it sounds like there is a higher chance of refusal than approval.
That's correct and depends the member how much is racist to me and she has already phobia!
You understand that is serious allegation and you are not saying that because of the contradiction with your BOC that raise credibility. If you have proof that member uttered inappropriate remarks during hearing which are considered as racist and islamophobic, and as long as your counsel was present, all session was on record then you can file official complain with IRB against member. Or other way, if the outcome is not what you expected, you can build legal case during next stage. Will your position change if the outcome is positive?
