Hi Friends,

One new line has been added to my ecas status, which says " Medical results have been received "
So should i assume that i have successfully cleared medical exam?

Please suggest. I sincerely thank all the replies in advance.

No. That just means that they have been linked to your application. It implies nothing about their status, good or bad.

Although i agree with your opinion. However the hospital where i did my medical told me that "In case we find anything wrong in your tests, we will call you regarding it within 7 days. And if you do not get a call from our end, then we had sent your medical results to embassy".

The above statement from the hospital is the reason i assumed that my medical results are cleared.

I would really appreciate if someone could provide a valid reasoning for above situation.

Hi Sidhu
If you dint get any call from the Dr. regarding your tests you medicals reports are fine and they will sent ur reports to CIC.

If you want, you can still go to the hospital and ask the receptionist whether they sent your reports
they will give you a paper showing you at what date your reports are sent to CIC people.

You can check you ecas status as medical received as soon as your reports reaches cic people.
