Seniors, Pls advise I am planning to land in Vancouver in Sep 2010 with family i.e Spouse and 3 year old baby.
I am confused about whether to buy Health Insurance from India before travelling from Indian companies like ICICI Lombard/Bajaj Allianz etc...OR to buy from Canadian Insurance companies once I land there.
Request seniors to pls guide me on this.

Thanks

one thing i know which is important to consider.

If you buy travel insurance it covers you till the time you land and get your SIN etc.

Better buy as it would be helpful in transit airports also

Hi, Me and family took 3 months insurance from:

http://pucherinsurance.com

I recommended this one to several others too.

While you are in Canada, it is better to take an insurance form Canada and not from India or any other countries..
You can check the web site and proceed for suitable premiums from India also by credit card.Contact Dan Pucher by e mail for any assistance.
