Anyone faced similar situation pls advise,I received my Canadian PR which is valid till Apr 2011. I am yet to land in Canada,meanwhile my company wants me to travel to USA for about 1 year on L1 visa. Do you think I will get L1 visa with Canadian PR already on my passport... Is it OK to travel...

if you send transcripts in university sealed envelope your case might be speedy as CIC then does not have verify authenticity of your degree...

depends from case to case, generally CIC does it in 12 months...mine got done in 5 months
