Health insurance while on implied status

I have recently applied for PR via Express entry on the 13th of this month, my current visa ran out on the 15th and so did my travel insurance, I have tried to sign up to BC med but I can't until I get my bridging Visa which has a processing time of 11 weeks + the 21 day sign up for BC med. Can anyone recommend any short term Medical Plans that will not break the bank. I am originally from the UK.

Hi Ben.

My partner and myself are in exactly the same situation. Did you find any short term plans or any temporary solutions? We're worried as we're also heading into the winter season and skiing without insurance is a little worrying!
