Hello, I am looking for a website that provides health insurances for temporary workers especially in Quebec. I recently got a port of entry letter for an open work permit through the international experience Canada. They stated that I need an health insurance before arriving to the border. My health insurance, I believe should match the duration of my stay.

The insurance you should be looking for is general travel / medical insurance for Canada. You're not going to find something province specific. Search on Canada and not Quebec.
