just wanted to knw that we landed on 24th ....so we have to wait for 3 months to get our health cards .
or if anything happens to us and we need the medical help will we be paying or the govt before 3 months

we have to pay for the medical expenses for that three months once you complete your 3 months then we can take treatment free.

Where are you landing exactly?
In Ontario you have to wait 3 months, therefore some people obtain a special or travelers insurance for that time. In Alberta you get your health card within 10 days.
 
If you need health care during your waiting time, you have to pay out of pocket. It would be wise to get an accident and emergency insurance, like a travel insurance, if you don't have one already. If something happens and you need to go to a hospital, it can get expensive.
